Lunch at the refurbished Taproom
Following my last visit to The Taproom in St Ives, Cambridgeshire back in October 2022 the venue informed me that they have had a small refurbishment inside as well as a growing menu again. Obviously I had to check these changes out.

A Visit to Smokeworks Station Road
Having paid two visits to their city centre restaurant it was time to check out Smokeworks’ other venue in Cambridge – near to the city’s railway station.

With indoor hospitality allowed again I paid a visit to La Raza, a Mediterranean cafe-restaurant and music venue in Cambridge where I would have lunch underground.

B. Tap Baron, Cambridge
Something a little bit different for me now as I pay a visit to B.Tap Baron, an independent dessert shop located in Cambridge’s Lion Yard shopping centre.

Post-Lockdown lunch at Smokeworks
With lockdown measures gradually being lifted I decided that it was time to get out and visit Cambridge city centre, and pay another visit to independent smokehouse restaurant Smokeworks.

Dog & Parrot – Initial Visit (February 2020)
