A real ale pub that had been through a turbulent few years until reopening in the early 2020’s. My favourite pub back in the day so I was delighted to be able to pay a visit to the revitalised Pattenmakers Arms in Duffield.

It’s a bus route that not only serves the local airport, but also two East Midlands cities, a university town, and runs 24/7. Time to hop on board the Skylink Derby.

A mix-use cultural space that’s home to an art gallery, independent cinemas, and event spaces, I checked out the Quad in Derby.
