If the idea of enjoying a relaxing drink and/or a bite to eat whilst sitting near the Benidorm coastline is to your taste then one option is to check out the FRESH Urban Gastrobar, so we did just that.

It’s October 2023 and I’m spending a few nights in Benidorm, or as I call it ‘British Spain’. The area might be regarded as being tacky but the Hotel Feming, where I’d be staying for four nights, would be anything but tacky.

Tucked away amongst Valencia’s quieter city alleyways is upmarket vegan-vegetarian eatery Restaurante Oslo. We would head here for a spot of lunch on our final day in the city.
