One example of how small hospitality businesses have adapted since the Covid-19 pandemic is The Tap House micropub in Ross-On-Wye where a new hot food offering is now available. Naturally I just had to pay a visit to sample the delights.
Sometimes when traveling abroad you come across international restaurant/cafe chains that you don’t see in the UK. Indeed on our Nice adventures we stumbled across one of these chains not seen back home, in this case a Canadian vegan restaurant group – Copper Branch.
On a quest to find somewhere for lunch, ideally a place that is vegan-friendly, We have our sights set on a particular restaurant, but then stumble across La Gryffondine, a vegan-friendly eatery that specialises in burgers and bagels.
